Yes — free shipping to all UK mainland addresses from our UK warehouse. We don’t ship to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or Scottish Highlands.

Unused bikes can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A £200 fee is deducted, and customers arrange return shipping.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all e-bike orders within the UK mainland.
Are these e-bikes road legal in the UK?
Some models exceed UK street limits (250W/15.5mph). ⚠️ They are intended for off-road/private use. ⚙️ Speed can be limited to 15.5mph (25km/h) if required. Please check your local laws.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — 2 years for the frame and 1 year for electronic components. Warranty is valid only for purchases on shengmilo.uk.

What is your return policy?
Unused bikes can be returned within 14 days of delivery in “as new” condition.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once handed to the courier, cancellation counts as a return.
Can I return a used bike?
No. Used, scratched, or improperly packed bikes may be refused or incur deductions.

Report within 7 days with photo/video evidence. Small scratches on packaging aren’t classed as damage.

Yes — warranty parts are free (shipping not included). Extra parts can be purchased at a fair price.
