🛡️ Shengmilo E-Bike Warranty (United Kingdom)
Thank you for choosing Shengmilo! We stand by the quality of our bikes and want you to ride with total confidence.
📅 Warranty Coverage
Frame: 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Motor, controller, battery, charger, throttle, pedal assist sensor, display panel: 1-year warranty.
Battery: Covered for 1 year against manufacturing faults and capacity loss below 60%.
Wear items: (tyres, brake pads, chains, grips, cables) – normal wear and tear is not covered.
✅ Who is covered?
This warranty applies only to original purchases made directly through our official UK website (shengmilo.uk).
Purchases from other resellers, marketplaces, or second-hand sales are not covered by us.
If you bought your e-bike elsewhere, please contact your original seller for support.
Proof of purchase and a valid order number from shengmilo.uk are required to process any warranty claim.
🚫 What is not covered?
- Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, chains, grips, cables, etc.)
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint chips) not affecting performance
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper assembly or maintenance, or unauthorised modifications
- Water, chemical, or corrosion damage
- Bikes used for racing, delivery, or other extreme/commercial activities
- Repairs or alterations carried out without our written authorisation
🛠️ Warranty Conditions
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Serial numbers and factory labels must be intact and legible.
- The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase and does not reset when replacement parts are supplied.
💌 How to submit a warranty claim
1️⃣ Take clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
2️⃣ Email us at support@shengmilo.uk with:
– Your order number from shengmilo.uk
– Photos or videos showing the issue
– A short description of the problem
3️⃣ Our technical team will review and respond. In some cases, we may provide troubleshooting steps to confirm the issue.
4️⃣ If approved, we will send replacement parts free of charge. Shipping fees and any labour costs for local installation are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ Important
Please do not return any items without our written approval.
Warranty coverage applies only when the bike has been used and maintained under normal conditions, as outlined in the user manual.
The battery warranty continues from the original purchase date and does not restart with replacements.
